Training & Facilitation

Cultivate offers training and facilitation that empowers communities and organizations to lead transformative change.

Our interactive workshops and events draw on systems thinking, permaculture, and regenerative practice to build skills in community resilience, climate action, collaboration, and inclusive engagement.

It trains Community Climate Coaches to facilitate dialogue and action within their communities. The initiative emphasizes resilience, social justice, and a fair transition to sustainability.

Key focus areas include:

▪︎ Building Capacity for Climate Resilience and Community Wellbeing

▪︎ Facilitating Community Wellbeing and Climate Resilience

▪︎ Developing Community Climate Coaching in Europe

Event Facilitation

At Cultivate, we help design and facilitate events that inspire collaboration, deepen engagement, and spark community-led action.

Permaculture Design with Cultivate

Permaculture is a practical design approach for creating regenerative systems that meet human needs while enhancing the health of our ecosystems. Rooted in ethics of care for the earth, care for people, and fair share, permaculture offers a toolkit for designing sustainable food systems, resilient communities, and low-impact lifestyles.
