Youth for Sustainable Development Conference 2010 - Learning to Change our World

A conference for Youth Workers, Youth Leaders, Teachers and Educators from Community Organisations and NGOs. Young people aged 15-18 are also warmly invited to attend with their adult support workers. You are invited to a day of learning and reflection through workshops, keynote speeches, exhibition of projects and interactive activities. Share your ideas and experience, and learn from others
The conference is an opportunity to share examples of good practice in ESD, particularly in non-formal education. Environment, development, economics, sustainability, inclusion, justice, cultural diversity and other aspects of ESD will be explored. The conference will also share ECO-UNESCO’s experience in Peer Education for Sustainable Development. The conference forms part of ECO-UNESCO’s work for the UN Decade of Education for Sustainable Development.
