This one day workshop with Graham Lightfoot looks at different concepts and practical means of implementing smarter travel modes for rural and urban situations. It also looks at EU and national policy on developing greener modes of transport. The training is delivered through a mix of presentations, discussion and practical worked examples. The workshop would be relevant to architects, planners, traffic engineers,community development workers,public servants and any consultants working in the wider built environment.

Build a Simple Website Workshop

In this workshop we will create a simple website, from scratch, using WordPress.  WordPress is an open source blog publishing application powered by PHP and MySQL which can also be used for content management. It has many features including a workflow, a plugin architecture and a templating system. It allows simple websites to be produced with a minimum of programming and scripting knowledge.

Green Digital Fabrication and Open Source Hardware
