Kundalini Yoga Relaxation Series to Remove Negativity and Tension

In this Kundalini Yoga class, James Madden will teach a kriya designed to help remove negativity and tension. This kriya was first taught in the Western Hemisphere by Yogi Bhajan, PhD on 15.2.1972. The kriya comprises 10 simple elements and everybody including beginners will be well able for it. Many of the asana in this kriya focus on helping the practitioner to detox. 

Deep relaxation will follow the above kriya. The combination of this kriya and the relaxation will prepare the participants for the meditation that follows which is designed to help burn away negativity.

There are a few things for intending participants to consider – do not eat for a minimum of 2 hours before this Kundalini Yoga class. Please bring, if you can, a yoga mat, a sheepskin, and/or a woollen blanket, comfortable clothing and water.

You are invited to come, move some energy, and enjoy an experience of connection.

James Madden trained as a teacher of Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan, PhD. James holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and an MBA. He has practiced various types of yoga since 1995.
