The Art of Living Part 1 Course is a comprehensive stress-management course and 'take-home' practice.Transformational, informative and fun, this course is enjoyed by people of all ages, backgrounds, cultures and traditions all over the world.  Weekly follow-up sessions and countless global opportunities to learn further help you to stick with the practices.

What is it The course includes common sense tips, asanas and pranayamas from the Yogic tradition and an extremely effective rhythmic breathing technique (the Sudarshan Kriya) that help the individual deal with the day-to-day stresses of life.

The Part 1 Course features:
